The Health Savings Account will be administered by

The Health Plan effective January 1, 2022.

 

*Only members enrolled in the High Deductible Health Plan who meet the Health Savings Account Eligibility requirements are able to receive the following contributions provided by Belmont County:

 

Single: $64.52/month
Family: $175.31/month

 

Eligible members are able to contribute up to the 2022 HSA account maximums:

 

Self-only coverage: $3,650
Family coverage: $7,300


Individuals age 55 and older can also make additional “catch-up” contributions. The annual catch-up contribution is $1,000.

Please note these maximums would include any employer contributions.
